Mark Fletcher, PhD

Mark Fletcher is a R&D, Product Development, and Technical Operations professional who has driven innovation and growth yielding advancements in drug formulation and development, regulatory compliance, and commercialization for small and large molecule product platform companies.  He has held leadership roles in R&D and Technical Operations at major pharma companies such as Warner Lambert, Solvay and Hikma, and held diverse R&D leadership roles as Chief Scientific Officer at Douglas Pharmaceuticals in New Zealand and Eva Pharmaceuticals in Cairo, Egypt.  Mark’s passion is improving structural and organizational efficiencies in R&D and Technical Operations. Mark holds PhD and MS degrees in Industrial Pharmacy as well as a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Maryland.  Mark lives with his family on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
